By accessing and using Lungfully, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Lungfully app and services for your personal wellness purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app

Disclaimer of Warranties

Lungfully is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lungfully shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
