Refund Policy

App Subscriptions

All app subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests for subscriptions must be submitted directly to Apple through their refund request system at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have access to process refunds for App Store purchases.

Apple's Refund Policy

Apple typically considers refund requests made within a reasonable time after purchase. Eligibility is determined by Apple on a case-by-case basis according to their policies.

Video Courses

We offer a 7-day refund policy for video courses under the following conditions:

• Request made within 7 days of purchase
• Course has not been started, or less than 10% of content has been viewed
• No downloadable resources have been accessed

To request a course refund, contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for the request.

Consultations

Consultation refund policy:

• Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before scheduled time
• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before session
• No refund after session has been completed
• One free reschedule allowed per booking

Processing Time

Approved refunds for courses and consultations are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Courses where more than 10% of content has been viewed
• Completed consultation sessions
• Promotional or discounted purchases (unless required by law)
